Through this, the fact is that omega-3 fatty acids can also provide side effects in the form of decreasing levels of good cholesterol or HDL.
In the study, the results of which were later published in the journal Cochrane Library , mentioned that Hooper conducted randomized trials for participants for one to six years.
The result is, consuming canola oil or nuts that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids can prevent arrhythmias or heart rate irregularities even though the effects tend to be very small and not felt.
